looking for a combination of high speed, efficient roll and reliable grip.
Featuring a sophisticated dual-density construction, high-quality polyurethane and a dedicated Phoenix Race Hub, these Phoenix 100mm Wheels are built with long-distance performance in mind.

The POWERSLIDE Phoenix 100mm DD Wheels are available in Medium (~84A) and Hard (~86A), allowing skaters to adapt their setup to their skating style, course conditions and personal preferences.

Dual Density – combining speed, grip and comfort

At the heart of the Phoenix DD Wheels is their dual-density technology, which combines different characteristics within the wheel construction.

The softer inner layer supports grip and comfort and can help increase the effective contact area under load during each stride.
The harder outer layer is engineered for efficient roll, speed and performance.

This combination makes these Dual Density Wheels particularly suitable for speed skating and long-distance skating, where efficient roll needs to be balanced with control and grip over extended distances.

Phoenix Race Hub for efficient power transfer

At the center of the POWERSLIDE Phoenix 100mm Wheels is the specially developed Phoenix Race Hub.
Its construction is designed to provide a carefully balanced combination of flex and rigidity.

This helps transfer the energy generated during each stride efficiently to the wheel while maintaining stability and control at higher speeds.

The hub's dome shape and compact interlock design support efficient rolling characteristics and consistent edge-to-edge transitions.
During long speed skating sessions, efficient power transfer can be particularly important for maintaining pace over extended distances.

100mm Speed Skating Wheels for Long Distance and Racing

With a 100mm diameter, the Phoenix Wheels provide a performance-oriented balance of speed, control and agility.
Their rounded contact profile supports smooth edge transitions and predictable skating a balanced setup with an emphasis on grip, control and comfort.
This version is an attractive option for long-distance skating where predictable handling and efficient performance are important.

Hard (~86A) offers a firmer setup for skaters who prioritize efficient roll and direct performance during fast training sessions and racing.

The ideal hardness depends on factors including surface conditions, body weight, skating style and personal
