The shipping costs for our rental equipment are calculated individually.

Please contact us before or after placing your order to confirm the shipping costs and discuss further details.

Below are three examples:

1x pair of roller skates/inline skates, including packaging, weighs between 3.5 and 4.5 kg.

• The shipping costs within Germany for a 10kg package are approximately €10. Return shipping via us costs €8 per package. Thus, the total cost for shipping and return of 2 pairs of roller skates would be around €18.
• The shipping costs within Germany for a 30kg package are approximately €22. Return shipping via us costs €8 per package. Thus, the total cost for shipping and return of 2 pairs of roller skates + 2 pairs of inline skates, including protective gear, would be around €30.
• The shipping costs for larger quantities, such as 50 pairs of roller skates for a roller disco, can vary significantly depending on the selected shoe sizes and the mix of roller skates for children and adults.

Helmet Care Tips – Maintain Safety, Extend Lifespan
A helmet is more than just an accessory – it protects your head and can save your life in an emergency. To ensure it always works reliably and still looks good, proper care is essential. In this guide, we’ll show you how to clean, maintain, and store your helmet the right way.

1. Regular Cleaning – Inside and Out

Outer Shell:

• Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soapy solution
• Never use harsh cleaners, abrasives, or solvents – they can weaken the helmet’s protective function

Inner Padding:

• Many helmets have removable pads that can be hand-washed with mild detergent
• Let air dry – do not tumble dry or place on a heater

Tip: For glued-in pads, use a lightly moistened cloth with some soap

2. Combat Odors and Sweat

 With intense use (e.g. skating or inline skating), sweat quickly builds up inside:

• Let the helmet air out thoroughly after each use
• Use disinfectant spray or helmet care spray regularly on the inside
• Wash the padding occasionally to remove bacteria and odors

3. Check Straps and Buckles

The straps ensure the helmet stays securely in place during an impact. Therefore:

• Regularly inspect for tears, fraying, or deformities
• Test buckles and adjustment systems for proper function
• Replace parts or the helmet if issues are found

4. Never Drop Your Helmet

Even if there's no visible damage, a drop or impact can compromise the helmet’s inner structure. That’s why:

• Don’t drop your helmet carelessly
• Replace it after a significant impact – even without visible cracks, its protective function may be reduced

5. Proper Storage

When not in use, store your helmet properly:

• Never leave it in a hot car, on a heater, or in direct sunlight – heat can weaken the materials

Ideal:

• a cool, dry, and shaded place like a shelf or locker
• Always dry thoroughly before storage, especially after rain or sweat

6. When Should You Replace Your Helmet?

Even with good care, helmets don’t last forever:

• Replace immediately after a fall or crash
• Replace every 3–5 years with regular use, as UV exposure and material fatigue reduce effectiveness
• Replace if there are visible cracks, deformation, or broken straps
