Mobility – Workouts

Not only in sports, but also in everyday life and for our overall health, it is important to stay mobile. Regular stretching not only improves mobility and flexibility, but also supports muscle recovery.

Unfortunately, warming up before training – including the appropriate stretching exercises – is often neglected or skipped entirely. The common thought behind this is that it is a waste of time and takes away valuable training time. However, what is often overlooked is that a targeted warm-up program including stretching can lead to faster and better progress in the subsequent training session. In addition, movements and tricks can be performed more cleanly and with greater control, while muscle fatigue is slowed down and the risk of injury is reduced.

We at SkaMiDan are passionate skaters ourselves. For us, performance pressure is not the main focus – fun and health come first, regardless of age.
