Structure of the Open Group Training for Beginners and Advanced Skaters
- Introduction Round: We'll get to know each other, discuss our personal skating goals, and begin with a joint warm-up (without skates) to create a relaxed and motivating atmosphere.
- Basic Training: After the warm-up, we start with a safety session and the core movement techniques – either with or without skates, depending on your preference.
- Training Stations: Based on your skills and the goals we discussed, we set up individual stations. Here, we teach and practice exactly what you want to learn – personalized, practical, and fun.
- Parcours & Skate-Line: In the final phase, we enter the parcours to face targeted challenges in the areas we've trained. The skate-line challenges you to perform multiple tricks in a smooth sequence – here, technique, control, and creativity matter most.
