Delivery times – Important and general information

We stock items that we have in stock and items that we purchase directly from our suppliers or the manufacturer after receiving the order.

All items marked “Ready for immediate dispatch” are kept in our own warehouse and can be dispatched by us immediately or picked up by you.

For us, working days are all days from Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding regional holidays in Baden-Württemberg, Germany).

The following applies to all items marked “Ready for immediate dispatch”:

If your order is received by 2:00 p.m. , we will process, pack and ship your order on the same working day . In any case, the order will be ready for dispatch on the following working day at the latest. This means that the goods will be handed over to our logistics partner on the following working day at the latest. Working days for us are all days from Monday to Friday.

Orders paid via bank transfer are only processed after the money has been received in our account. With instant transfers, we receive the money immediately and begin processing your order immediately. For all other transfers, the transfer time depends on the respective credit institution. Classic transfers within Germany usually reach us within 1 to 2 working days.

The following applies to all items that are not marked “Ready for immediate dispatch”:

We process all orders immediately. Items that are not immediately ready for dispatch, such as "Ready for dispatch in 2-3 working days", cannot be dispatched immediately.

We do not stock these items in our own warehouse and order them from our respective supplier or manufacturer at the same time as your order.

This enables us to offer a comprehensive range and gives you the advantage of always receiving original goods first hand. We are also in close contact with the respective manufacturers and can offer you comprehensive service and support even beyond product deliveries.

Example:
Items that we have marked "Ready for dispatch in 2-3 working days" are usually dispatched within two to three working days after receipt of your order. If you select a delivery time of 1-3 working days at checkout, it will be delivered to you in 3-6 working days. This is based on the time it takes for the item to be ready for dispatch, plus the selected delivery time.

One order, but items with different delivery times

Items with different lead times (e.g. 'Ready to ship in 2-3 business days' and 'Ready to ship immediately' ) are not normally shipped separately.

In order to offer you lower shipping costs and also to protect our environment, we usually ship all items in an order together.

If the items ordered in an order are marked with different delivery times, the delivery time for the item with the longest delivery time applies. Items marked as pre-orders will be sent separately and individually.

If you need one or more of the items ordered immediately, please contact us, a simple message via email or WhatsApp is sufficient. Alternatively, you can also let us know via the comments field in the checkout process (yes, we really do read these messages).

I have ordered, now what?

As soon as you have placed your order via our online shop, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email.

If your order has been paid for or you have made a purchase on account (e.g. via Klarna), we will process it immediately. Immediately after we have processed your order, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation. In this email you will find the corresponding invoice again as a PDF. This is for your records.

As soon as we hand over your order to our logistics service provider, you will receive another email containing all the tracking information. Depending on what you ordered from us, you will also receive instructions on how to try on the items you ordered, no instructions, or other instructions with the shipping confirmation email.

Care instructions

Helmet Care Tips – Maintain Safety, Extend Lifespan
A helmet is more than just an accessory – it protects your head and can save your life in an emergency. To ensure it always works reliably and still looks good, proper care is essential. In this guide, we’ll show you how to clean, maintain, and store your helmet the right way.

1. Regular Cleaning – Inside and Out

Outer Shell:

  • Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soapy solution
  • Never use harsh cleaners, abrasives, or solvents – they can weaken the helmet’s protective function

Inner Padding:

Many helmets have removable pads that can be hand-washed with mild detergent

  • Let air dry – do not tumble dry or place on a heater

Tip: For glued-in pads, use a lightly moistened cloth with some soap

2. Combat Odors and Sweat

With intense use (e.g. skating or inline skating), sweat quickly builds up inside:

  • Let the helmet air out thoroughly after each use
  • Use disinfectant spray or helmet care spray regularly on the inside
  • Wash the padding occasionally to remove bacteria and odors
3. Check Straps and Buckles

The straps ensure the helmet stays securely in place during an impact. Therefore:

  • Regularly inspect for tears, fraying, or deformities
  • Test buckles and adjustment systems for proper function
  • Replace parts or the helmet if issues are found
4. Never Drop Your Helmet

Even if there's no visible damage, a drop or impact can compromise the helmet’s inner structure. That’s why:

  • Don’t drop your helmet carelessly
  • Replace it after a significant impact – even without visible cracks, its protective function may be reduced
5. Proper Storage

When not in use, store your helmet properly:

  • Never leave it in a hot car, on a heater, or in direct sunlight – heat can weaken the materials

Ideal:

  • a cool, dry, and shaded place like a shelf or locker
  • Always dry thoroughly before storage, especially after rain or sweat
6. When Should You Replace Your Helmet?

Even with good care, helmets don’t last forever:

  • Replace immediately after a fall or crash
  • Replace every 3–5 years with regular use, as UV exposure and material fatigue reduce effectiveness
  • Replace if there are visible cracks, deformation, or broken straps
Conclusion:

A Well-Cared-For Helmet = A Safe Helmet.
A helmet only offers full protection when it’s in good condition and properly maintained. With just a few simple steps, you can extend its lifespan and ensure it will protect you when it matters most.

Tip: In our shop, you'll find high-quality helmets – for maximum comfort and safety!

Description

The TSG Nipper Mini Graphic Design Kids – Leo is an especially lightweight and safe kids’ skate helmet for the youngest adventurers in action sports. Whether riding a balance bike, cycling, skateboarding, inline skating, roller skating, or scootering – this stunt helmet for action sports was specially designed for small children’s heads and combines reliable protection, high comfort, and a child-friendly lion design in orange.

Especially for children, a securely fitting helmet is extremely important. The TSG Nipper Mini kids’ skate helmet offers optimal protection for the back of the head and temples thanks to its deep fit. At the same time, the lightweight construction ensures that the helmet is comfortable to wear and does not feel restrictive – ideal for active kids who love to move and discover the world through play.

Lightweight Full-Wrap In-Mold construction

The kids’ skate helmet features a modern Full-Wrap In-Mold construction. In this process, the durable polycarbonate outer shell is directly bonded to the shock-absorbing EPS inner shell. In addition, a second PC shell at the lower edge of the helmet provides a clean look and extra stability. The result is an especially lightweight, durable, and long-lasting stunt helmet for action sports.

High safety for small heads

The TSG Nipper Mini Graphic Design Kids – Leo meets important international safety standards, making it an excellent choice for everyday use and sports activities. The helmet is certified according to NF EN 1078+A1:02 2013, CPSC, and TÜV SÜD GS. The GS mark in particular stands for tested safety according to strict German standards.

Thanks to the Low Fit design, the helmet sits low on the head and reliably protects sensitive areas such as the back and sides of the head. A helmet can only protect the areas it actually covers – and this is exactly where this kids’ skate helmet shows its strengths.

Perfect fit with Tuned Fit System

For a kids’ skate helmet to provide reliable protection in everyday use and during sports, it must fit properly. The proven Tuned Fit System from TSG allows individual adjustment through pads of different thicknesses inside the helmet. Several pad sizes are included so the helmet can be optimally adapted to the child’s head shape.

This is complemented by the typical TSG Snug Fit, which adapts closely and comfortably to the natural shape of the head. As a result, the helmet sits securely without slipping or wobbling – a big advantage when riding, playing, and being active.

Comfortable wear and good ventilation

The TSG Nipper Mini Graphic Design Kids – Leo also impresses with its comfort. The integrated Air Flow ventilation system channels fresh air through the helmet and helps reduce heat buildup. This keeps the head comfortably ventilated even during longer rides or active sessions.

Additional reflective straps improve visibility and increase safety in low-light conditions. The included basic padding in three sizes also ensures a comfortable and individually adjustable fit.

Ideal for many sports

This kids’ skate helmet is suitable for many activities and is therefore a versatile companion for active children. It can be used for example for:

  • Bike dirt and park
  • Urban bike riding
  • Skatepark and vert
  • Beginner skateboarding
  • Roller skating
  • Inline skating
  • Scooters and other rolling sports

With its eye-catching Leo design in orange, this stunt helmet for action sports is not only functional but also a real highlight for little lions in everyday life and during sports.
