If you do not know the maximum wheel size that fits your frame, you will usually find this information on your frame or booklet.
However, if you do not find any information about your frame, then use the following rule of thumb:
The shortest distance from the center of the axle hole to the upper border of the frame, multiplied by two.
Example: The smallest distance from the axle to the upper part of your frame is 38,0 mm. The maximum mountable wheel size would be:
38,0 mm * 2 = 80 mm.
