The first steps on inline skates — Easy to learn with SkaMiDan

Every beginning is difficult, but not nearly as difficult as many think. With us you will not only learn how to inline skate in an easy way, but also with a lot of fun.

The nice side effect: Inline skating is very healthy, it trains the entire body, it is easy on the joints and keeps or makes you super fit.

In our first video about inline skating, we give you an insight into the sport itself and show you how to master the first steps on your inline skates (without accidentally rolling away).

In our second part of the “First Steps” we show you a few different skating techniques of inline skating. Mastering different techniques is not only more fun, but also allows you to last longer and thus ensures a higher overall endurance.

Each technique engages different muscle groups, giving time to recover for heavily used muscles from another technique.

In the next two videos we learn how to fall properly with our inline skates and how to brake. Skilfully falling not only gives us security, but also takes away a lot of our fears, clears our heads and lets us skate with more fun:
